Returns and Refund Policy

At AlcVol, we take great care to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition. As we can’t guarantee how items are handled or stored once they leave our warehouse, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If, however, a product is found to be faulty or damaged, we’re happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price. To process this, the bottle must be at least three-quarters full and returned to us for assessment.

We fully comply with Australian Consumer Law and will accept returns for any product that arrives incorrect or not as ordered, provided the claim is made within 7 working days of delivery. When lodging a return, please include your business name, contact name, delivery date, and transaction number.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds or exchanges to be processed. If an order was placed incorrectly and needs to be returned, additional freight and handling fees will apply.

For any refund to be issued, AlcVol requires proof that the parcel has been returned or intercepted by our courier partner. Acceptable proof includes a tracking link, courier receipt, or other documentation confirming return. Courier confirmation can take up to 10 business days.
