Delivery Information
At AlcVol, we ship quickly and securely across Australia, with international delivery available for select locations. Every order is packed with care and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

Free Delivery
Orders over $300 qualify for free standard delivery to most addresses nationwide. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service.

We also offer a range of upgraded delivery options, including Express and Same Day delivery where available, so you can choose the timing that suits you best.

Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes below are estimates and refer to business days (Monday–Friday). Live rates are shown at checkout. Courier availability depends on order size, stock location, and delivery address. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to courier network disruptions.

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

Shipping Charges on Certain Items
Beers cases, water cases, RTD cases and soft drink cases incur a per-case freight charge regardless of order value. Additional charges vary by metro area and regional postcode. These shipping charges are shown at checkout.

International Delivery
Shipping, customs and duties vary for each country and cannot be calculated at checkout. For a shipping quote for overseas delivery, please contact us at info.alcvol@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for all local customs, import duties, and taxes.
