Maison Saint Aix is a 140-year-old estate in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, led by winemaker and viticulturist Eric Kurver. Its sustainably farmed, non-irrigated vineyards sit on a plateau around 420 metres above sea level, where clay and limestone soils and cooling Mistral winds give the grapes freshness, tension and a distinctive mineral edge.

The AIX Rosé magnum is made for gatherings. Two standard bottles in one, it makes a statement on the table and keeps the wine cooler for longer. The 2023 blends 60% Grenache with Syrah and Cinsault from high altitude, non-irrigated vines, then ferments each variety separately in temperature controlled stainless steel to keep the fruit bright and the colour a delicate pale pink. Expect citrus, wild berries and white peach with a crisp, dry, mineral finish. A showpiece for summer lunches, weddings and celebrations.
