Armorik Double Maturation is a distinguished French single malt whisky. It is first matured in rare Breton oak casks from local forests, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks. This dual maturation creates exceptional depth, balancing rich fruit, spice, and oak to deliver a whisky full of complexity and character.
Nose:Fresh plums and citrus, lifted by warm vanilla spice.
Palate: Smooth and layered, with honey, ripe fruit, oak, and a gentle touch of spice.
Finish: Long and refined, leaving lingering notes of spice, biscuit, and marmalade.
Armorik whiskies combine tradition, innovation, and a strong sense of place. Produced at the family-owned Warenghem Distillery in Brittany since 1900, they use pure Rest Avel spring water and local barley. Holding the French government’s “Living Heritage Company” label, Armorik offers both peated and unpeated styles, matured in sherry, bourbon, or French oak casks delivering authenticity, variety, and character to whisky lovers worldwide.
This whisky highlights the rare use of Breton oak, a distinctive feature in whisky making, enhanced by the richness of Oloroso sherry cask finishing.
