Cullen Amber is a skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc Semillon from the Cullen Vineyard, fermented on its skins and matured for seven months in oak. It shows grapefruit and orange blossom with fresh Mediterranean spice, then a savoury, mineral palate and a silky finish with liquorice notes.
