Crafted at the Fuji Gotemba Distillery, established in 1970 at the base of Mount Fuji, this award-winning single grain whisky showcases the expertise of Master Blender Jota Tanaka. It harmoniously blends three distinct grain whiskies: a light style from column stills, a medium-bodied whisky from batch kettle stills, and a rich, bold whisky from the rare Double Still method, a technique also used in Bourbon production.
Nose: Fruity aromas of raspberry and orange marmalade, with sweet sponge cake.
Palate: Mellow and layered, featuring white grape, orange zest, and raspberry.
Finish: Slightly sweet with lingering oak and warming spice.
