The inaugural bottling in Macallan’s Home Collection celebrates the distillery itself, presented with artwork by long-serving Macallan employee and artist Colin Rizza. Inspired by the natural beauty of the 485-acre estate, his watercolour of The Macallan Distillery adorns the presentation, making this first release as display-worthy as it is collectible.
Nose: Butterscotch, figs, dates, almond, polished oak, milk chocolate, gentle floral notes. Palate: Butterscotch and oak spice, then ginger and vanilla. Finish: Medium length with ginger and oak.
