Majella Merlot isn't made every year , it's produced only in exceptional vintages from a single vineyard block, the Quarry, making each release genuinely limited rather than a marketing label. Fermented in 300-litre French oak barrels and matured for 15 months, it has the structure to age for up to eight years, while still being approachable enough to enjoy now.
