Redbreast Lustau Edition Irish Whiskey is a rich and layered Single Pot Still whiskey born from a collaboration between Midleton Distillery and Bodegas Lustau. Aged for 9-12 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it undergoes an additional year of finishing in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, seasoned in Jerez, Spain. This extra maturation enhances its depth, infusing it with bold sherry influence and layers of spice, fruit, and oak.
