Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a multi-award-winning rum from Venezuela that has become a global benchmark for the rich, sweet, and approachable style of South American spirits. Crafted from a blend of up to 80% heavy pot still rums and 20% light column still rums, it is aged for up to 12 years in small oak casks to achieve its signature depth. The rum is famously produced at the foot of the Andes Mountains, where the local microclimate and pure water sources contribute to its remarkably smooth and velvety texture. Celebrated for its indulgent profile of maple syrup and orange peel, it is easily identified by its frosted green bottle featuring the portrait of Don Juancho Nieto Melendez, a local nobleman whose passion for traditional distilling inspired the brand’s creation.
