Sagamore Spirit Distillery is based in Baltimore, Maryland. It has helped revive the state’s historic rye whiskey tradition. The distillery follows a full grain-to-glass approach, using spring-fed water from Sagamore Farm and locally sourced Maryland grains.
It produces both high-rye and low-rye mash bills, which are blended after distillation to create a balanced flavour. Sagamore focuses on non-GMO grains, triple distillation, and non-chill filtration to preserve bold character and smoothness.
The waterfront location also serves as a visitor destination. Guests can enjoy immersive tours, guided tastings, and a deeper look into Maryland’s rye heritage.
