Maison Saint Aix is a 140-year-old estate in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, led by winemaker and viticulturist Eric Kurver. Its sustainably farmed, non-irrigated vineyards sit on a plateau around 420 metres above sea level, where clay and limestone soils and cooling Mistral winds give the grapes freshness, tension and a distinctive mineral edge.

There is nothing quite like a 15L Nebuchadnezzar of AIX Rosé. Holding the equivalent of twenty standard bottles, it is a rare and theatrical format that transforms any event into an occasion. The 2023 blends 60% Grenache with Syrah and Cinsault from high altitude, non-irrigated vines, fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel for bright fruit and a delicate pale pink colour. Citrus, wild berries and white peach lead to a crisp, dry, mineral finish. Perfect for venues, events, luxury hospitality and anyone who wants the biggest bottle in the room.
