Maison Saint Aix is a 140-year-old estate in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, led by winemaker and viticulturist Eric Kurver. Its sustainably farmed, non-irrigated vineyards sit on a plateau around 420 metres above sea level, where clay and limestone soils and cooling Mistral winds give the grapes freshness, tension and a distinctive mineral edge.

When one bottle is not enough, the AIX Rosé 3L Jeroboam turns any gathering into an event. Holding the equivalent of four standard bottles, it is a centrepiece that guests photograph before they pour. The 2023 blends 60% Grenache with Syrah and Cinsault from high altitude, non-irrigated vines, fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel for bright fruit and a delicate pale pink colour. Citrus, wild berries and white peach lead to a crisp, dry, mineral finish. Ideal for weddings, milestone birthdays, yacht days and corporate celebrations.
