Destilería Cascahuín is a fourth-generation, family-owned tequila distillery in El Arenal, Jalisco, founded in 1904 by Salvador Rosales Briseño. Now led by Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales, the distillery produces 100% Blue Weber agave tequila using traditional methods — stone-oven roasting, roller mill and tahona extraction, open-air fermentation, and double distillation in copper pot stills. Every expression is additive-free. Cascahuín is widely regarded as one of Jalisco's most respected traditional producers, prized by collectors and bartenders for its consistency, transparency, and refusal to cut corners.
