Cullen Dancing in the Sun is a refreshing, unoaked blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon with a touch of Verdelho, from certified biodynamic fruit in Margaret River. Some skin contact before fermentation adds texture, and the wine is made without added yeast or acid. Cullen calls it the fun and joyful side of biodynamics.
