Cullen Kevin John is the estate's flagship Chardonnay, made from Wente clone vines planted in 1976 and 1988 on their own roots at the Cullen Vineyard. Fermented in biodynamic puncheons and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it shows lemon, sea spray, kaffir lime and dried pear, with crunchy mineral acidity.
