Cullen Kevin John Legacy Series Fruit Day Chardonnay is hand harvested from the Cullen Vineyard on a biodynamic fruit day, given two days of skin contact in amphora and aged in puncheons with no fining or filtration. It shows honeycomb, ginger, gardenia and lime, with peaches and cream, vanilla and river stone on a tightly wound palate.
