De Bortoli Noble One is Australia’s most celebrated botrytised Semillon, first released in 1982 and renowned for its luscious layers of apricot, marmalade and honey balanced by vibrant acidity, showcasing De Bortoli’s mastery in crafting world-class dessert wines with remarkable richness and longevity.

Liqueur Muscat is one of Australia's true fortified wine specialities, and De Bortoli's Show Liqueur is a genuine standout within the category — aged eight years in barrel, drawing on layers of sweet vanilla, dried raisins, figs and toffee built up over that extended maturation period. The winemaking is deliberately old-world: grapes are left on the vine to become very ripe before harvest, then crushed, partially fermented and fortified while still on skins specifically to extract maximum floral and aromatic character from the fruit, before pressing and transferring to oak. That patient process has earned genuine critical recognition — a Trophy win at the 2015 International Wine Challenge, 90 points from Ned Goodwin MW in the Halliday Wine Companion 2022, and consistent 4.5-star, Top 10 and Best Buy ratings from Cuisine NZ's International Fortified Wines Tasting. One reviewer described it as "a delicious and definitive example of the sort of fortified wines that fewer people drink but, together with Hunter Semillon, are Australia's inimitable gifts to the wine world."
