Draytons Family Wines has been making wine in Pokolbin, in the Hunter Valley, since 1853 — the oldest winery in the district and one of the oldest family-run wineries in Australia still on its original site. Six generations in, the fortified range draws on decades-deep reserve stock held in their own cellars, some of it more than a century old, worked continuously through a traditional solera system. It's this reserve depth — rare for an Australian producer at this scale — that the Heritage Vines and Old Decanter wines below are built from.

Fruit from vines planted more than a century ago, oak-aged for decades in Draytons' solera system. Deep, nutty, and built to sit at the end of a meal rather than the start.
