El Dorado Single Still Port Mourant Cask Strength is distilled on the Port Mourant double wooden pot still — the only still of its kind still in use today, built in 1732 from greenheart wood on the Port Mourant Estate. Aged 12 years in oak barrels and bottled at cask strength (approximately 56.7% ABV), it shows sweet baked apple, vanilla, cinnamon, and flambéed banana, with coconut and a hint of peat.
