Tyrrell’s Stevens Semillon 2021 is a rare chance to drink fruit from a site Bruce Tyrrell calls a sacred place, the dry-grown Glenoak Vineyard on Marrowbone Road, where the oldest Semillon vines date back to 1911. Cool fermented, kept off oak and bottled early, it shows lime, citrus and a clean mineral edge with soft, approachable acidity that makes it a pleasure to open now.
