Armorik stands as a pioneer of French whisky, capturing the essence of Breton terroir with passion and expertise. This limited-edition Armorik Collection Privée Single Cask (N°8245) is crafted from organic Breton barley and matured for more than seven years in a Pineau des Charentes cask from the renowned Rémi Landier cognac house. Distilled in October 2015, this rare release is limited to just 150 bottles.
Nose: Red grapes, blueberries, and peaches with layers of dried raisins and figs.
Palate: Oily and luxurious, with peppery spice balanced by fresh fruit, dried figs, and fruit toast.
Finish: Long and velvety, with lingering spice and fruit notes.
Armorik whiskies blend tradition, innovation, and a strong sense of place. The family-owned Warenghem Distillery has produced them in Brittany since 1900, using pure Rest Avel spring water and locally grown barley. Awarded the French government’s “Living Heritage Company” label, Armorik crafts both peated and unpeated styles. Matured in sherry, bourbon, or French oak casks, these whiskies deliver authenticity, variety, and character to enthusiasts worldwide.
