A limited-edition American single malt matured in casks that previously held Stanton & Killeen’s award-winning Rutherglen Classic Muscat, with an average age of 12 years and older stocks. This rare cask finish unites Westward’s bold, full-bodied style with the rich, complex character of one of Australia’s most celebrated fortified wines. Bottled at 50% ABV, it delivers intensity, depth, and a distinctive fruit-forward sweetness.
Nose: Grapefruit, fresh apricot, lychee, butterscotch, and cocoa. Palate: Melon, sticky toffee, raisin, dried fig, and Swiss milk chocolate. Finish: Soft citrus, mocha, candied nuts, and sweet vanilla oak.
Westward Whiskey, based in Portland, Oregon, is a pioneer of American single malt production. Established with a vision to bring brewing and distilling traditions together, Westward uses locally sourced barley, ale-style fermentation, and slow distillation in custom pot stills.
